Montessori Care is looking for caring, reliable and dedicated Residential Care Officers to support residents to live safely, comfortably and with dignity.

About the Role

As a Residential Care Officer, you will provide high-quality day-to-day support to residents while promoting their independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living
- Supporting residents with mobility, meals and personal routines
- Providing companionship and meaningful social engagement
- Supporting residents to participate in activities and community life
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' wellbeing
- Following individual care plans and support requirements
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
- Working collaboratively with nurses, care staff, families and other professionals
- Maintaining a protected,



respectful and positive environment for residents

About You

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable and genuinely committed to providing person-centred care .

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in aged care, residential care, disability or community support
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A respectful and patient approach to supporting older people
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

Essential requirements:

- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check / relevant screening clearance
- First Aid & CPR
- Relevant qualifications and training
- Right to work in Australia
