As a Talent Acquisition Administrator for JBS, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of recruitment activities across our flagship Brooklyn facility. Working closely with the talent team, hiring managers and HR stakeholders, you will provide high-level recruitment and administrative support across the entire hiring process, helping to deliver an outstanding candidate experience while ensuring efficient, compliant and timely recruitment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Support the delivery of end-to-end recruitment activities across the Brooklyn site.

Partner with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment processes and achieve timely hiring outcomes.

Manage candidate screening, interview scheduling and ongoing candidate engagement.

Maintain accurate recruitment records, HR systems and candidate databases.

Coordinate pre-employment checks and ensure recruitment compliance requirements are met.

Support onboarding activities to deliver a positive new starter experience.

Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide professional administrative support across the business.

Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, data integrity and operational efficiency.

About you

Previous administration experience, with recruitment or HR administration experience highly regarded.

Strong administration, coordination and data processing skills.





Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Ability to work effectively within a team environment and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors, is advantageous.

Self-motivated, highly organised and committed to delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
