About the role

We're looking for a reliable Food Process Worker to join our creamery team, assisting across our butter, crème fraîche, and buttermilk production. You'll play a hands‑on role in keeping production running smoothly and our product quality high.

Key responsibilities

- Assist with butter, crème fraîche, and buttermilk production
- Pack and palletise finished product, checking quality and weights
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures (GMP/HACCP)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production area

About you

- Reliable, hands‑on,



and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with physical work, and able to stand for long periods lifting up to 20kg
- Able to follow procedures and work well as part of a small team
- Food manufacturing or process work experience is a plus but not essential - full training provided
- Forklift licence is an advantage but not required
- This position is based in Australia. Applicants must have current unrestricted Australian working rights. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role
