We are currently seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team in Heatherbrae NSW.

Your responsibilities:

- Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including customer credit applications, debtor follow‑up, payment allocation, and customer rebates.

- Complete bank reconciliations and liaise with stores to resolve outstanding banking items.

- Provide support to stores, including responding to queries, monitoring store KPIs, and following up on old customer orders, missing deposits, and unposted invoices.

- Liaise with customers to resolve account‑related queries in a timely and qualified manner.

- Reconcile company credit cards, including fuel cards and Linkt accounts.

This role will also need to understand and at times complete aspects of the Accounts Payable role:

- Process Accounts Payable invoices and reconcile against supplier statements.

- Create and maintain Purchase Orders in line with purchasing requirements.

What we are looking for:





- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable (preferred but not essential).

- Strong technical aptitude and confidence working with systems and digital tools.

- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

- Clear communication skills when dealing with customers, suppliers, and store teams.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up outstanding items promptly.
