The Role

Working hand-in-hand with our Senior Customer Care Officer, your main mission is simple: keep our customers stoked. You’ll be the friendly voice on the phone and the problem-solver behind our email support, making sure every enquiry gets sorted out quickly and properly.

This isn’t a boring, stay-in-your-lane desk job. Because we're a growing team, you’ll occasionally wear different hats—stepping in to help out with logistics, warehouse dispatch,



or basic marketing tasks when things get busy. You don't need prior experience in those areas; we just want a proactive, adaptable "can-do" attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Looking After Our Customers: Managing customer emails, phone enquiries, warranties, and returns with a warm, practical, and solution-focused approach.

- Keeping Ops Moving: Assisting with order processing, tracking shipments, and coordinating with our warehouse partners to hit daily dispatch deadlines.

- Rolling Up Your Sleeves: Jumping across departments when needed—whether that’s helping out with logistics or pitching in on marketing tasks.

- Bringing a Great Attitude: Showing up with strong organisation skills, attention to detail, and an appreciation for the camping lifestyle.
