We are a growing doctor-led hair restoration clinic looking for an exceptional Patient Consultant & Administration Coordinator to join our team.
We are looking for someone who can combine excellent organisation and administration with strong communication, customer service and sales ability.
About the role
You will manage a combination of patient enquiries, consultation bookings, sales follow-up and day-to-day clinic administration. You will be one of the first people prospective patients speak with and will play an important role in their journey from enquiry to consultation and ultimately treatment.
Key responsibilities
Responding promptly to new patient enquiries via phone, email and social media
Calling and qualifying new leads
Building rapport and understanding each patient's needs, concerns and motivations
Following up patients after their consultation
Discussing treatment costs, finance options, surgery availability and next steps
Helping patients progress from consultation through to surgery booking
Following up previous enquiries and maintaining an organised sales pipeline
Booking and coordinating consultations
Managing calendars, appointments and consultation schedules
Confirming appointments and reducing missed consultations
About you
Exceptionally organised, good at developing systems and processes
Reliable and punctual
Quick and productive, a quick learner
Confident speaking with people over the phone and in person
Professional and well-mannered
Proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do
Able to prioritise competing tasks and taking responsibility
Experience in medical administration, cosmetic medicine, dental, allied health, healthcare, customer service or consultative sales would be highly regarded
