We're looking for an experienced Videographer to join our Brisbane team.

We're looking for someone who knows how to plan and execute a great shoot, and can turn that footage into polished, engaging content built specifically for organic social.

We can teach you more about social strategy, platforms and performance. What we need you to bring is strong videography, editing and visual storytelling skills.

Must be Brisbane-based.

The Role

You'll work across a range of Australian brands, helping us plan, shoot and edit content designed specifically for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

You'll:

- Plan shoot concepts and detailed shot lists with organic social content in mind
- Film client content on location across Brisbane and interstate
- Direct talent and clients to get natural, engaging performances on camera
- Capture a strong mix of hero footage, talking-to-camera content, B-roll and supporting shots
- Edit short-form videos, Reels, TikToks and other social-first content
- Understand how hooks, pacing, framing, transitions, text overlays and storytelling change the way content performs
- Take one shoot and think about how the footage can become multiple pieces of content across different platforms
- Work closely with our Organic Social, Creative and Strategy teams to turn content ideas into finished executions
- Help develop creative concepts that are actually achievable on shoot day
- Keep up with social content formats, editing styles and emerging creative trends
- You'll also develop your skills across organic social strategy, content planning and performance with support from our wider team.

What We're Looking For

Above everything else,



we're looking for someone with strong videography and editing experience.

You'll ideally have:

- 2+ years' professional videography, content creation or video production experience
- A strong portfolio of video work
- Experience creating content for brands, businesses or social media
- Confidence planning and running shoots independently
- Good visual storytelling instincts and attention to detail
- Confidence working directly with clients and directing people on camera
- The ability to manage multiple shoots and projects at once
- Strong working knowledge of professional camera, lighting and audio equipment
- Proficiency in qualified video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve ; experience with CapCut and social-first editing workflows is highly regarded
- A current Australian driver's licence and confidence travelling to client locations independently
- Availability to travel interstate for client shoots, including occasional overnight stays
- Agency experience is a bonus, but not essential. Ideally, you'll have access to your own professional camera kit; however, this isn't essential for the right candidate.
