About the role

We are seeking a Qualified Cabinet Maker/Leading Hand to join our team at our Narangba workshop on a full-time basis . This is a key position within our production department, you will be responsible for training and supervision of our apprentices, you will also play a vital role in designing, manufacturing, and installing custom cabinetry for our valued clients. As a Qualified Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into reality, ensuring every project meets our exacting standards of quality and craftsmanship. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern machinery, quality materials, and a supportive team environment where your skills and expertise are truly valued.

Key responsibilities

- Fabricating custom kitchen cabinets, vanities, and wardrobes
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production
- Operating a range of woodworking machinery and tools to produce components
- Assembling and finishing cabinetry and joinery items to exacting standards




- Collaborating with the design team to bring client visions to life
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment
- Supervising and Training Apprentice Staff

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 2-3 years' hands-on experience as a Cabinet Maker
- Strong technical skills and ability to read and interpret detailed plans and drawings
- Proficient in the use of a wide range of woodworking machinery and hand tools, CNC Experience an advantage but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Must be able to communicate with customers
