About the Position

The business is currently in the market for a Maintenance Officer to join their team in a full time permanent role servicing projects across the South Brisbane area. This is an exciting opportunity for a Tradesman, Maintenance person to take the next step in their professional career.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position will require you to undertake maintenance requests within residential new builds, including initial inspection, reporting to management,



liaising with clients and trades and completing repairs and rectifications on the tools.

What we're looking for:

- Trade or maintenance experience, may suit a Carpenter seeking a change
- Quality focused and strong attention to detail!
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Client liaison capability and great interpersonal skills
- Experience in a maintenance, labourers or similar role
- Able to follow instructions and work autonomously
