With exclusive supply agreements spanning 20+ years and a growing customer base across civil construction, plumbing, and water authorities, we’re expanding our team to match our growth.

The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven sales rep to join our in-house team. This is an office-based role — no cold-calling — focused on responding to inbound inquiries and growing relationships with existing clients. A few times a year you’ll represent us at trade shows, and very occasionally you’ll visit customers to present solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Provide expert product advice to help customers make informed decisions
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
- Build strong,



lasting customer relationships
- Learn our dispatch system to help cover shipping when needed
- Maintain accurate customer account and order data
- Collaborate with marketing and procurement on sales strategy

What You’ll Need

- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A problem-solving mindset — able to assess issues and recommend solutions quickly
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive, collaborative attitude
