All Purpose Transport is seeking an experiencedAccounts Receivable Officer to join our dynamic team in our Southern Suburbs & Logan Brisbane QLD location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, as well as providing administrative support to the broader business.

What you'll be doing

- Processing and monitoring customer invoices and payments including RCTI's
- Managing accounts receivable, including chasing up overdue payments and maintaining accurate customer account records
- Liaising with customers to resolve any billing or payment issues
- Collaborating with the finance team to ensure efficient and effective accounts receivable processes

What we're looking for

- Relevant experience in an accounts receivable. Experience in the transport or logistics industry looked upon favourably but not necessary
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records
- Excellent communication and customer service skills,



with the ability to build positive relationships with customers
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications with strong Excel skills
- Applicants must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
