About the Role

Our client is seeking a Trust Accounts Officer to join their established finance team based in Brisbane CBD. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts professional to take on a wide-ranging and rewarding role, managing trust account transactions and supporting key financial operations. Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you'll play an important role in ensuring the accurate and compliant management of trust accounts while further developing your skills within a well-regarded national organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Process daily trust account payments and transfers
- Complete trust bank reconciliations and reporting
- Manage trust receipting, investments and account records
- Coordinate payment approvals and compliance processes
- Provide support across the broader finance team as required

About You





- Previous experience in an Accounts Officer or Trust Accounts role
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Legal or professional services experience highly regarded
