We are looking for a vibrant, confident and organised Store Manager to lead our Sunshine Plaza store.

Store Manager – Sunshine Plaza

Qualifications & experience

- Previous retail management or strong retail leadership experience.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train and manage a team.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- Confidence handling customer concerns and resolving issues professionally.

- Strong attention to detail and pride in store presentation.

- Ability to organise staff rosters and manage day-to-day staffing requirements.

- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.

- An interest in fashion, jewellery and creating a outstanding customer experience.

Tasks & responsibilities





- Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Sunshine Plaza store .

- Create and manage staff rosters , ensuring appropriate coverage across trading hours.

- Lead, support and motivate the store team.

- Recruit, onboard and train team members , ensuring consistent customer service standards.

- Manage customer concerns and resolve issues confidently and professionally.

- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation throughout the store.

- Oversee stock management, replenishment and general store organisation.

- Ensure the store is always clean, organised and beautifully presented.

- Lead by example on the shop floor and create an exceptional experience for every customer.

- Help build a positive, supportive and accountable team culture.

- Bring your own ideas and initiative to improve the day-to-day running of the store.

- Learn basic jewellery-making skills, including soldering and engraving, to help create personalised customer experiences.

This position is a full time role. A competitive pay rate will be offered based on the candidate's experience, responsibilities and agreed hours.

Store is not opening until beginning of November however training will happen before, must be able to travel to the Gold Coast for some training (paid) closer to store opening.
