As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable and organised Service Administrator to become a key part of our close-knit team.

We offer a friendly and supportive small office environment where training and support are always available, and asking questions is always encouraged. In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager, receiving guidance and support while playing a key part in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:





- Answering and directing phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Entering jobs/leads into our job management system and updating client portals
- Assisting operations team with scheduling and co-ordination of service jobs
- Assisting field staff with enquires and office support
- Providing job updates to clients
- Assigning rural work orders to sub-contractors and ensuring KPIs are met
- Maintaining and updating of company records and procedures

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

- Experience using job management software such asSimPro (highly desirable )
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- High attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous experience in a field service or trade-based environment preferred
