We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and adaptable skilled to fill the fulltime role of Inventory Officer at our Supply Solutions branch located in Girraween.

About the role:

The role of the Inventory Officer is to assist in inventory movements, conduct maintenance and assist in ensuring that the overall health of the inventory is in order.

Duties:

- Assist in the movement of inventory via stock transfers between warehouses
- Daily inventory analysis, identify slow moving items, short shelf life products, stock rotation concerns
- Review daily expiry reports to identify any issues and monitor out of stocks
- Perform a variety of administration duties as required including generating of reports
- Liaise with the warehouse, purchasing,



admin and other departments in a professional manner

Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous however not required
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Intermediate computer skills, using Microsoft Office programs including excel and word
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of motivation
- Ability to take ownership and demonstrate initiative to control, manage and continually improve quality of work and efficiency
