Mr. Cool Pty Ltd is seeking an Assistant Service Adviser to join our automotive air-conditioning service department at our Milton, QLD location. This is a full-time position offering an exciting prospect to develop your career in the automotive trades industry. You will work alongside our experienced Service Adviser team, supporting the delivery of exceptional customer service and efficient vehicle repair operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive professional advice and have their vehicles repaired to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Greeting customers and assessing their vehicle service and repair requirements

Documenting customer information and vehicle details accurately in our management systems

Coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely job completion

Scheduling vehicle appointments and managing the booking system

Following up with customers regarding their vehicle status and completion updates

Processing invoices and handling payment transactions

Maintaining a professional and organised service reception area

Supporting the Senior Service Adviser with administrative and customer-facing tasks

What we're looking for

A strong passion for the automotive industry and customer service excellence

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with computer systems





Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer enquiries simultaneously

Reliability and punctuality

Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn automotive terminology and service procedures

Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach

Previous experience in a service adviser, reception or customer service role is highly desirable
