A Recruitment Consultant role within AUSTCORP's aged care Division, focused on sourcing quality candidates, managing client requirements, and delivering exceptional service. This is a warm desk with established clients, existing relationships, and an active pipeline of vacancies.

Key responsibilities

- Sourcing and interviewing candidates across the aged care industries
- Managing a large pool of casual and permanent employees
- Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
- Coordinating interviews, onboarding and mobilisation
- Building strong relationships with existing clients and candidates
- Maintaining accurate candidate records within the recruitment system
- Ensuring a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates

About you

- Positive, energetic and driven to succeed
- A great communicator who enjoys speaking with people
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities




- Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
- Experience in customer service, sales, administration will be highly regarded
