- Driver's license (a must)
- Reliable, hands‑on, and physically fit
- Comfortable talking with customers and taking pride in quality work
- Pool industry experience is a bonus — but we'll train the right person
- Keen to grow, learn, and back yourself in a performance-driven culture
- Australian work rights will be assessed on a case‑by‑case basis
