As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll support customers across a range of well-known automotive and mobility brands. This is a fast-paced role where you'll help thousands of Australians every day when things don't go to plan. Whether it's a vehicle breakdown, roadside emergency, collision, or mobility issue, you'll provide support, reassurance, and practical solutions when customers need them most.

Key responsibilities

- Assist customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns and roadside incidents
- Coordinate roadside assistance and recovery services
- Support customers following vehicle collisions
- Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic customer service
- Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Solve problems and deliver positive customer outcomes

About you

- Robust communication and active listening skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient computer literacy and navigating multiple systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- The ability to remain calm under pressure




- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and outside standard business hours
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, emergency services, or other customer facing environments will be highly regarded
- Option to convert to permanent part-time or full-time employment following an initial period of casual employment
