What is bombom?

We’re more than an ice cream and frozen yoghurt store. We’re a place where people come to enjoy life’s little treats, connect with friends and family, and create great memories.

bombom began with a vision to bring something fresh, exciting and different to Wagga Wagga.

We didn’t want to simply copy an existing concept. We wanted to create something unique, combining high-quality products with an energetic atmosphere, genuine hospitality and a place people actually want to spend time in.

Now, we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that vision.

The Role

As a Team Leader at bombom , you’ll be one of the key people responsible for making sure every shift runs smoothly, the team is supported and our customers have a great experience.

You’ll lead from the front, set the standard for the team and be the person others can rely on when things get busy.

This is a hands‑on leadership role. You won’t be sitting on the sidelines, you’ll be right there with the team, serving customers, keeping standards high and making sure the shift is running the way it should.

What you’ll be responsible for

Leading and supporting teams ofup to 10 team memberson shift.

Running bothopening and closing shifts, ensuring the store is properly set up or handed over.

Delegating tasks and keeping the team organised throughout the shift.

Coaching, training and supporting team members to help them grow and perform at their best.

Creating a positive, inclusive and enjoyable team environment.

Maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring every customer has a great bombom experience.

Managingstock levels, checking deliveries and communicating when stock needs to be ordered or replenished.

Keeping an eye on product quality, presentation and availability.

Maintaining cleanliness,



food safety and store standards throughout every shift.

Following and reinforcing bombom processes, policies and procedures.

Managing busy periods calmly and confidently and knowing how to prioritise when there are multiple things happening at once.

Handling customer questions, feedback and complaints professionally.

Taking responsibility for issues that arise during your shift and finding solutions.

Managing cash and completing relevant end‑of‑shift procedures accurately.

Communicating clearly with other Team Leaders and management to ensure smooth handovers.

Setting the example for punctuality, reliability, presentation and work ethic.

Helping build a team that is proud to work at bombom.

Day and Night Availability

This is an important part of the role.





Our Team Leader needs to have availability across both day and night shifts , with the flexibility to support the team when required.

bombom is a place for after‑school treats, weekend catch‑ups and late‑night cravings, so our leaders need to be comfortable working across different times of the day.

Experience is a Bonus... Attitude is Everything

Have you previously worked as a Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader?

Great. We’d love to hear about your experience.

But if you haven’t held a management role before, don’t count yourself out.

We’re happy to consider someone who has the right attitude, personality, work ethic and desire to grow.

You might currently be a solid team member who is ready for their next challenge, or someone who has leadership experience in another industry and wants to bring those skills to bombom.

We can teach the systems and develop your leadership skills.

What we can’t teach is genuinely caring about people, showing up for your team, taking responsibility and bringing the right energy every day.

A great bombom Team Leader is someone who can walk into a busy shift and think:

"Alright, we’ve got this."

You’ll know what needs to be done, you’ll get your team moving in the right direction, you’ll jump in when they need you and you’ll make sure everyone finishes the shift feeling supported.

You’ll be someone your team trusts, your customers enjoy dealing with and management can rely on.
