We are growing fast here at Housed and are seeking Sales Consultants to join our teams across Macquarie Park, Hurstville, Caringbah, Chatswood, Alexandria and Sydney CBD .

The Organisation:

Housed is a rapidly growing, one-stop destination for all things fitness, offering spacious free weights and cardio areas, reformer Pilates, group classes, wellness amenities and basketball courts - all within one comprehensive fitness and wellness experience.

The Role:

As a Sales Consultant , you will be responsible for:

- Proactively generating and nurturing leads through a range of different channels.
- Booking appointments, coordinating gym tours, and communicating membership promotions and pricing options to potential members.
- Accurately recording and processing information on our CRM regarding sales and members.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing members while providing exceptional customer service.
- Responding promptly to member inquiries via email, SMS and in-club.




- Identifying opportunities to improve the member experience and contribute to overall sales performance.
- Working collaboratively with the wider club team to achieve individual and team targets.

Personal Skills & Attributes:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Current CPR and First Aid certificates are required for this role.
- Basic knowledge of gym equipment and fitness amenities is essential.
- A genuine passion for fitness and a desire to help individuals from diverse backgrounds kickstart their fitness journey.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a solid willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage varying demands and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and strong relationships with members.
- A results-driven approach with a genuine interest in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
