JLG Lawns & Gardens is seeking a Gardener/Horticulturist for a full-time position in a friendly and qualified small business with a dedicated team. This role will see the successful applicant manage a roster of gardening and maintenance work both independently and as part of the broader team. Key responsibilities

- Lawn care
- Integrated pest management
- Hedging
- Client consultation

About you

- Chemical Application License preferred but not required
- Horticultural qualification (cert XX or higher)
- Minimum Certificate II qualification in horticulture required
- At least 3 years' experience in similar job role
- Show initiative
- Work well independently and within a team




- Keen and motivated attitude
- A vehicle will be supplied to you whilst on the job
- All required tools are supplied
- Lunch supplied once per week for the entire team
