Coates is seeking a regional leader to drive performance across the Perth and Southwest market. You will lead a dispersed network of eight locations, shaping strategy, developing people and delivering sustainable growth while maintaining a solid safety focus.
You will report to the Executive General Manager of the Coates West Business Unit and will be responsible for building relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve financial targets and growth.
