This is a highly selective appointment for an experienced Director of Care or Clinical Care Manager who has successfully led clinical operations within a large residential aged care environment.

You'll provide clinical leadership across a modern 144-bed residential aged care residence in Sydney's south-west , working alongside an experienced Facility Manager and supported by four Clinical Care Coordinators.

About you

You'll be an AHPRA Registered Nurse with a proven track record of successfully leading clinical operations within residential aged care.

You'll also bring:

- A minimum of five years' senior clinical leadership experience in residential aged care, including significant experience within large residential aged care homes.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, AN-ACC, accreditation and the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- The maturity, resilience and judgement to confidently lead experienced clinical teams.
- The ability to build trust with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.
- The confidence to navigate difficult conversations, mentor clinicians and lead organisational change.
