You'll have exposure and learn all aspects of how a busy pub is run - from stock, revenue, functions, and HR. You will work alongside the owner and gain experience in how all the moving parts within a busy local venue work. Being a venue with multiple offerings, there is always something different happening. This role is a mix of days and nights and weekends, in a midnight close venue and you will work with a team of venue managers on busy nights.
This opportunity is a hands on front of house role, where you lead the team from the front and work as part of a management team. You'll be overseeing service standards and ensuring that they are followed and nothing but the best service is given.

About the Role…
- 5 shifts a week consisting of days, nights and weekends
- responsibility to create a warm work environment and memorable experience
- Collaborate with owners to develop ideas and promotions
- Will require an understanding and discipline with compliance
- Hands on roll developing talent
- Ability to mix with a diverse range of people.
What we need from you...
- 1 -2 years experience working in a high pace busy F&B; bar/pub
- Passion and solid beverage knowledge and latest drink trends
- A "hands-on" approach & a "can-do" attitude is a must
- A genuine interest in events and promotions.
- Ability to attract groups and community organisations into the venue
- Exceptional communication skills, including social media
- Be a real people person and deliver effortlessly cool, memorable and knowledgeable service
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing customer levels as required
