The Company is seeking a Vice President, Finance to join their energetic team. This role is pivotal in shaping the finance strategy of the organization, particularly during a critical stage of expansion. The successful candidate will be the most senior finance leader across the group, with key responsibilities including leading a team in financial control, operations, and planning & analysis.

The role demands a strategic and enterprise-minded leader who can influence multi-billion-dollar capital allocation decisions and is central to growing and protecting enterprise value. The Vice President, Finance will also be involved in leading the financial elements of various initiatives, such as due diligence, REIT, and capital recycling, and will be expected to have a strong background in financial leadership, with a focus on outcomes and value creation. Finance position at the company should have a background that includes experience as a Deputy CFO or CFO in a large or medium-sized company, respectively.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in helping organizations scale rapidly and will be adept at leading financial teams and operations. A collaborative, pragmatic, and commercially minded approach is essential, as is the ability to build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. The role requires a strong people leader who can bring out the best in others and is capable of developing future talent.

While not mandatory, experience in property, funds management, or infrastructure, as well as a background in private equity-backed or institutionally owned companies, is preferred.
