Reporting to the Group leadership team, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of Valley Precise Global. Your key focus will be to ensure the business operates efficiently, delivers exceptional outcomes for customers and achieves its commercial and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the overall operations and performance of Valley Precise Global.
- Develop and execute business strategies to support sustainable growth and profitability.
- Drive sales, business development and the expansion of customer relationships and markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers and strategic partners.
- Oversee manufacturing, production, quality, scheduling and operational performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, capacity utilisation and margins.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, cash flow and key business KPIs.
- Work closely with Finance and Group leadership to ensure solid commercial discipline and accountability.
- Lead, develop and motivate the VPG team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ensure appropriate systems, processes and reporting are in place to support business growth.

About you

- Proven experience in a senior management, General Manager, Operations Manager or similar leadership position.




- Experience within advanced manufacturing, engineering, precision manufacturing or a related industry.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding, including the ability to interpret P&L;, budgets and operational KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience growing a business, developing new customers and identifying commercial opportunities.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
- A practical, hands-on approach to solving operational and commercial challenges.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute and deliver results.
