About you





- Certificate III in Individual Support (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in aged care is highly valued but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, patient, and respectful approach
- Current Police Check and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred
