Key Responsibilities

As a Workday Workday Procure to Pay (P2P) Lead your primary responsibilities may include:

- Lead the implementation Procurement modules, including sourcing, contract lifecycle management (CLM),



procurement, supplier accounts, procurement contracts and expenses.
- Lead design workshops to gather requirements, configure the Workday solution and support testing and deployment.
- Provide expertise in business process design for finance and procurement transformation programs.
- Advise clients on industry standardsand leading practices
- Demonstrate design optionsthrough the use ofprototyping
- Understand and apply Workday and Accenturemethodologies
- Support and drive data migration, reporting, integrations, and change management activities during Workday projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical architects, developers, and change leads.
- Act as a subject matter expert to troubleshoot issues, provide system support, and optimize business performance post-implementation.
- Contribute to business development and new sales opportunities, including proposals, demos, and client presentations.

Job Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

- 4+ years of experience working with Workday Procurement and/or Financials modules.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes
- Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, security, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage stakeholders at various levels and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Workday Procure to Pay certification
- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills

Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% (if required)

Preferred Qualifications and experience

- Workday Financials certification.
- Experience in full-cycle Work
