Sante Recruitment is seeking Vocationally Registered General Practitioners (VR GPs) to work across a network of Medicare Urgent Care Clinics throughout Sydney and regional New South Wales.
With flexible weekday, evening and weekend shifts available, this is an excellent opportunity for GPs looking to supplement their existing practice, increase their income or enjoy greater flexibility around their working commitments.
The Opportunity You will provide assessment and treatment for patients presenting with urgent but non-life-threatening medical conditions that do not require emergency department care.
Working alongside experienced medical, nursing and administrative teams, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a modern urgent care environment.
The Role As a VR GP within the Medicare Urgent Care Clinic network, you will:
- Assess and manage patients presenting with urgent medical conditions
- Provide timely, safe and patient-focused treatment
- Work collaboratively with nursing and administrative teams
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation
- Arrange appropriate investigations, follow-up or referral where required
- Recognise and escape patients requiring hospital-level care
- Contribute to a positive and efficient clinical environment
About You We Are Seeking GPs Who Have
- Current AHPRA Specialist Registration
- FRACGP, FACRRM or equivalent specialist GP recognition
- Vocational Registration with Medicare
- Robust clinical assessment and decision‑making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work confidently in a busy urgent care environment
- A commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care
