The Organisation

Miller Leith is proud to be partnering with one of the fastest-growing personal care brands in ANZ. Over the past five years, this business has gone from a standing start to more than 2,500 stockists across New Zealand and Australia. The brand is building genuine category presence, and the business is experiencing an exciting phase of growth.

The Opportunity

This is a newly created role to own the DTC channel. It's a hands-on position reporting directly to the founders, with genuine autonomy from day one. You'll own the direct-to-consumer P&L; outright, spanning paid acquisition, creative testing, retention and the Growth Calendar that keeps it all in sync.

As the first leadership hire in this space, the successful candidate will play a genuinely important role in the business, and be rewarded as the brand continues to grow and scale. The HQ is based in Christchurch, NZ, however the team is open to candidates based anywhere in ANZ (with some travel required).

Key responsibilities include:

- Own paid acquisition and creative testing across Meta, Google and emerging channels
- Lead creative strategy, treating it as the primary growth lever, not an afterthought
- Own the Growth Calendar, aligning paid, content, retention and brand campaigns into one rhythm




- Build and own the offer calendar, modelling every promotion against contribution margin
- Set retention and lifecycle strategy end to end
- Run the CRO roadmap, directing development partners while staying hands-on
- Bring systems and reporting discipline to a fast-moving function
- Build AI-assisted workflows to move faster and reduce agency reliance

About You

You bring real commercial fluency, not just campaign experience. You're just as comfortable modelling an offer against contribution margin as you are in the weeds of a paid media platform. You build trust quickly, whether that's with external partners or your own team, and you're equally confident owning a P&L; conversation and executing the work yourself.

You'll also bring:

- 5+ years' experience across growth, eCommerce or performance marketing, ideally within a DTC or consumer brand
- Strong creative judgment, backed by process and analytical rigour
- A genuine understanding of how the growth engine works end to end
- A track record of building systems proactively, without needing to be directed
- AI-native instincts, with a habit of automating processes and improving as the tools evolve
