Sapphire Estate Agents is looking for a Casual/Part-Time Inspection Manager to support the day-to-day management of our rental portfolio, with a strong focus on conducting property inspections, coordinating maintenance follow-ups, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

This is a casual or part-time position , suitable for someone new to property management or looking to build a career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections across Greater Sydney and surrounding areas.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with photos
- Identify maintenance, safety and property condition issues
- Follow up with tenants regarding cleanliness, damage and maintenance




- Assist with maintenance quotations and repair follow-up
- Update records in PropertyMe or the agency CRM
- Communicate with tenants, owners, tradespeople and the property management team

About You

- Strong attention to detail & positive communication skills
- Organised with good time management
- Comfortable using computers and property management systems
- Friendly, professional and willing to learn
- Able to identify issues before they become larger problems

Must Have

- Own reliable and registered vehicle
- NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration, or willingness to obtain one before commencing
- Previous property management experience is helpful but not essential. Training and support will be provided for the right person.
