The Opportunity

In this client-facing role, you'll manage and grow a diverse portfolio of commercial clients while developing long-term relationships with business owners, referral partners, and industry stakeholders.

You'll be responsible for:

- Managing and growing an established portfolio of commercial clients
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities across the Sydney market
- Structuring tailored lending and banking solutions for a broad range of businesses
- Preparing and presenting high-quality credit submissions for complex transactions
- Building strong relationships with brokers, accountants, solicitors, and referral partners
- Delivering against revenue, growth,



and client engagement objectives
- Working closely with credit and support teams to provide an exceptional customer experience
