We are looking for an energetic, friendly and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our busy community pharmacy team.

We have Part-Time and Casual positions available, with opportunities for the right candidate to become a valued member of our team.

Our pharmacy is a busy, fast-paced environment, so we're looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure, enjoys working with people and is always willing to jump in and help the team.

About the Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, your role will include:

- Assisting customers with general pharmacy enquiries
- Assisting customers with front-of-shop products, including OTC medications and vitamins
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service
- Merchandising and maintaining an attractive, well-presented store
- Replenishing stock and assisting with general store duties
- Working as part of a supportive team in a busy community pharmacy
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

What We're Looking For





- Certificate II in Community Pharmacy is preferred
- Previous pharmacy experience is preferred
- Training can be provided to the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Energetic, friendly and approachable personality
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy, quick-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong team focus
- A genuine willingness to learn and develop your pharmacy skills
