This role will require relocating to Adelaide for a permanent opportunity.

YOUR NEXT ROLE:

This is a key leadership position , overseeing a landmark $70M+ multilevel residential high-rise project. You'll be the most senior project resource on site, responsible for delivering the build to the highest standard of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the project team and driving program delivery.
- Arranging labour, materials, and resources effectively.
- Managing subcontractor performance and relationships.
- Reviewing site reports, designs, and drawings.
- Monitoring progress against budgets and timelines.
- Ensuring safety, environmental,



and quality standards are upheld.
- Communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, consultants, and internal teams.

ARE YOU A FIT?

You'll be degree-qualified with significant commercial construction experience and a strong track record managing projects valued $20M+ in Australia.

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

- Experience leading large-scale residential, multi-level commercial or multi-level residential mid-rise or high-rise projects .
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
- Leadership skills to inspire teams and drive collaboration.
- A hands-on, detail-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving ability.
