Join the Department of Logistics & Infrastructure and help shape the future of housing and land development across the Northern Territory. As General Manager Housing and Land Servicing, you will lead a major capital investment program delivering public housing, land servicing and essential infrastructure projects that support communities across urban, regional and remote areas of the Territory.

Working at the strategic level, you will oversee complex programs, negotiate with government agencies, land councils and community stakeholders, and drive the delivery of culturally appropriate housing solutions aligned with Territory priorities.

The Role

As General Manager Housing and Land Servicing , you will provide strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio of housing and land development initiatives, including:

- Leading the planning, design, procurement and delivery of public housing and land servicing programs.
- Overseeing major capital investment programs, including housing construction, land subdivision and enabling infrastructure projects.
- Managing complex stakeholder relationships across government, land councils, Aboriginal organisations and community groups.
- Leading negotiations, approvals and governance processes to achieve project outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with legislative, policy and regulatory requirements, while managing risk across large-scale programs.
- Providing high-level advice, strategic reporting and recommendations to senior executives and government stakeholders.
- Leading and developing a high-performing team focused on innovation,



collaboration and service delivery.

About you

- Extensive experience leading housing, land development, infrastructure or related programs within complex environments.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects and capital investment programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Sound understanding of legislative, regulatory and approval processes relating to housing, land tenure or development.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership and communication capabilities.
- Experience working in culturally diverse environments and engaging with communities to achieve sustainable outcomes.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and significant senior executive leadership experience.
