About the role

A rare opportunity exists for an accomplished Operational Excellence and Transformation Consultant to join a high-profile enterprise transformation program within a large and complex organisation. As the successful consultant, you will be responsible for leading business improvement initiatives across multiple operational areas, engaging with senior executives and ensuring transformation outcomes are successfully delivered. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, bringing best-practice methodologies, commercial insight and strong stakeholder engagement capability to the assignment.

Key responsibilities

- Lead large-scale business transformation and operational excellence initiatives

- Identify opportunities to improve organisational performance, efficiency and effectiveness

- Apply Lean, Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies

- Conduct end-to-end process reviews and redesign initiatives





- Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases and implementation plans

- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagement forums

- Drive change adoption and embed a culture of continuous improvement

- Track benefits realisation and report on key performance outcomes

- Build strong relationships with executives, managers and operational leaders

- Support strategic business objectives through effective transformation delivery

About you

- Extensive experience leading complex transformation programs

- Robust Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean or Six Sigma expertise

- Proven ability to deliver measurable operational and financial perks

- Experience working across large, complex organisations

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive influencing skills

- Strong facilitation, communication and problem-solving capabilities

- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent qualifications will be highly regarded
