Christmas & Event Installation Crew

Get some money in the door for Christmas and join The Prop House Collective team!

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking and hands‑on people to join our crew across Christmas installations, event styling, warehouse prep and deliveries . You’ll work as part of a team bringing Christmas displays and events to life across shopping centres, corporate precincts and event spaces.

This is a seasonal role with opportunities for night shifts, weekends and longer shifts during our peak Christmas period . Shifts can range from a minimum of 4 hours through to 10–12 hour shifts depending on the project.

While this is seasonal work, there is potential for ongoing casual work across future event installations, styling projects and other TPHC work based on performance.

What You Will Do

- Assist with Christmas installations in shopping centres, corporate precincts and other locations
- Prepare, organise and pack items for Christmas and event installations
- Work as part of a team to set up event spaces according to designers’ proposals and client specifications
- Handle, transport and install a variety of decorations, props,



furniture and décor elements
- Assist with deliveries and collection of stock as required
- Ensure installations are completed efficiently, accurately and within tight deadlines
- Maintain and organise stock ready for upcoming installations
- Adapt to last‑minute changes and requests on site
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Communicate effectively and professionally with the wider team, clients and suppliers

Key Skills & Requirements

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Comfortable with physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying and working on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Positive organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Availability for longer shifts, including 10–12 hour shifts, during peak Christmas periods
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressure
