Job Description

Chandler Macleod is seeking experienced Dump Truck Operators for an open cut coal operation in the Bowen Basin, Queensland. If you are chasing consistent work, strong hourly rates, and a genuine 7/7 lifestyle roster, this is a great long term opportunity. What you will be doing

Operating CAT 793 & CAT 797 rigid haul trucks

Prestrip operations

Working under excavators, shovels, loaders and scrapers

Following site HSE, SOPs and safety systems

Meeting production targets in a high-volume mining environment

Roster & site details

7/7 rotating day/night roster(Thursday to Wednesday) DIDO / BIBO / local applicants preferred limited FIFO capacity available Bowen Basin QLD

Accommodation, meals and PPE supplied

Long term ongoing casual role





Positions across A/C & B/D crews

Pay & benefits $81.14 per hour casual (inclusive of 25% casual loading)

Bonus incentive: $288

What you will need

Demonstrated experience in open cut coal mining (QLD)

Proven operating experience on CAT 793 & CAT 797

Experience working under shovel/excavator/loader

Current C Class Drivers Licence

Standard 11(preferred)

Current Coal Board Medical(preferred)

Signed training transcripts showing machine hours

Full Australian working rights
