An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Solution Architect to join a significant multi-year healthcare technology transformation program .

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused architecture role where you will provide technical leadership across the program and act as a key technical interface between internal delivery teams and the selected technology supplier.

What You'll Be Doing

- Provide end-to-end solution architecture leadership across a major healthcare transformation program.
- Develop and maintain the target-state solution architecture.
- Act as a technical design authority and key technical contact for the program.
- Define and guide integration architecture, healthcare data flows and data migration approaches .
- Provide technical direction across HL7, FHIR, healthcare data, integration and migration .
- Work closely with technology suppliers, delivery teams and senior program stakeholders.
- Identify and manage architectural dependencies, risks and technical decisions.
- Establish architecture principles, standards, artefacts and decision records.
- Translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.




- Support and potentially build and lead technical teams across areas such as integration and data migration.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a technically strong and hands-on Solution Architect with:

- Strong healthcare technology experience .
- Demonstrated knowledge of HL7 and FHIR .
- Strong understanding of healthcare data sets and data flows .
- Extensive experience with integration architecture .
- Strong understanding of data migration from an architecture and technical perspective .
- Experience working on complex transformation or large-scale technology programs.
- Confidence working directly with major technology vendors and suppliers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to lead, influence and provide technical direction to multidisciplinary teams.
- A practical, delivery-focused approach with the ability to work at a detailed technical level.

Previous EMR experience is highly regarded but is not mandatory . Candidates from broader healthcare technology backgrounds will be considered where they can demonstrate solid healthcare data, HL7/FHIR, integration and data migration expertise.

Experience working directly with clinicians is not required .
