The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Leveraged, Acquisition, and Syndicated Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the origination and execution of both event and non-event driven financings in Australia and Recent Zealand.
This role requires a professional with a strong background in credit, loan products, relationship management, and distribution, who can drive the business to meet growth, revenue, and cost targets while enhancing client and investor relationships. Key responsibilities include leading pitch preparation, negotiating transaction terms, and proactively applying a range of financing products. The role also involves preparing submissions for internal stakeholders, managing credit and underwriting risk, and building a network of external stakeholders.
Applicants for the Vice President position should have previous experience in loan syndication and/or leveraged and acquisition finance, with a focus on origination and marketing activities. The role demands a candidate with confident analytical and financial modeling skills, excellent communication, and a proven ability to meet and exceed client expectations.
