ESE Recruitment is seeking a Product Management Lead for the Spectroscopy & Chemical Standards Portfolio in Melbourne. You will own the portfolio strategy, pricing, and lifecycle, leading a small, high-performing team across Australia, Europe, and the United States.

The role reports to the divisional AVP and drives revenue growth within a global portfolio. You will coordinate with R&D; on current product introductions, guide go-to-market plans, and enable the sales force with effective training.
