We are looking for an experienced Principal AI Consultant / AI Architect to drive enterprise AI transformation for a leading banking client. This is more than a hands-on AI engineering role—it requires a consultative mindset , strong leadership , and the ability to engage with business stakeholders, define AI strategy, and help customers adopt AI solutions at scale.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of AI/ML experience , with deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI architectures , along with proven experience implementing AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role also requires someone who understands how to position, pitch, and sell AI initiatives , working closely with business leaders to identify opportunities, define ROI, and build AI transformation roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives for banking and financial services clients.
- Engage with CXOs, business stakeholders, and technical teams to identify high-value AI use cases.
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Architect scalable AI platforms leveraging LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge systems.
- Drive AI strategy, roadmap definition, and AI adoption across multiple business functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
- Build AI solution proposals, conduct client workshops, and contribute to AI Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives.
- Present AI capabilities, business value, and ROI to executive stakeholders.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish AI engineering best practices.
- Optimize AI models for scalability, governance, security, and Responsible AI compliance.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of AI/ML Engineering or AI Solution Architecture experience.

- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar frameworks.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring, and AI lifecycle management.
- Excellent knowledge of software engineering principles, distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
