The role

Leads the delivery of PMO and project controls services across complex programmes, providing leadership, governance and assurance. Supports successful project outcomes through effective controls, collaboration and continuous improvement, while guiding teams across the Planning Centre of Excellence and wider business.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Develop and manage integrated programme schedules, aligning planning activities with wider project controls functions.
- Establish and maintain the scheduling baseline, ensuring accuracy, consistency and programme transparency.
- Lead schedule development across programme and project lifecycles, supporting successful delivery outcomes.
- Implement robust processes for capturing progress, performance updates and schedule reporting.
- Monitor critical interfaces, dependencies and risks, enabling effective coordination across projects.
- Provide scheduling insight and support to programme leadership, driving informed decision-making and delivery performance.

You’ll need to have:





- Extensive PMO and project controls leadership on major construction programmes and portfolios.
- Expert in Primavera P6, Power BI, Aconex, RiskHive and related controls tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Relevant degree and chartered or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.
