Casual Assistant in Nursing - Northern Sydney

MARS Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Assistant in Nursing (AIN) for upcoming casual agency shifts across a busy hospital in Sydney's Northern Beaches region. We are looking to connect with reliable and compassionate healthcare professionals who are available to assist with ad hoc staffing requirements.

These shifts would suit individuals based around Northern Sydney, in between contracts, studying, or working locally and looking to pick up some extra shifts.

About the Role

Casual agency shifts up to $42.95 p/h + penalties + super

Flexible work to suit your availability

Supportive clinical environments and opportunities across a variety of wards and units

To Be Successful, You Will Have

- Assistant in Nursing (AIN); or
- Undergraduate Nursing Student currently in Year 2 or Year 3 with acute placement experience; or
- Health Services Assistant (HSA)



with a minimum Certificate III in Acute Care
- Recent experience working within an acute healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and versatile approach to casual shift work
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Current NSW compliance documents, or willingness to obtain
- Full Australian working rights
