Paynter Dixon is looking for an exceptional Senior Site Manager to join the team delivering SOL by Walker — a landmark $200 million residential and mixed-use development in the heart of Maroochydore City Centre .

This isn't just another high-rise project.

SOL featurestwo 19-storey towers, 248 luxury residences, premium commercial offices and ground-floor retail , creating a new benchmark for coastal living on the Sunshine Coast.

As Senior Site Manager, you'll take a leading role in the delivery of this complex high-rise project, driving construction performance, leading site teams and coordinating some of the industry's best subcontractors and consultants.

You'll have the influence to make decisions, solve complex construction challenges and set the standard for how the project is delivered.

This is 'Your' prospect

- Take a senior leadership role on a $200M landmark high-rise development

- Lead delivery across two 19-storey towers and 248 residences

- Drive construction from structure through to high-end finishes and completion

- Lead and develop high-performing site teams

- Coordinate major subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and project stakeholders

- Own construction sequencing, methodology, logistics and programme performance

- Drive safety, quality, productivity and construction excellence





- Identify challenges early and develop practical solutions that keep the project moving

- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider leadership team to deliver outstanding project outcomes

- Build strong relationships with the client, consultants and delivery partners

- Mentor emerging construction leaders and contribute to the growth of the wider Paynter Dixon team

What we're looking for

We're looking for more than someone who can run a site. We're looking for a leader who can take ownership.

You'll ideally bring:

- 10+ years' experience in construction, with significant high-rise or complex multi-storey experience

- A proven track record delivering major residential, commercial or mixed-use developments

- Strong knowledge of high-rise construction methodologies, sequencing and logistics

- Experience managing large site teams and multiple subcontractor interfaces

- Strong understanding of structural, façade, services and fit-out delivery

- A sharp eye for programme, quality, safety and productivity

- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and manage project risks

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- The confidence to make decisions and lead from the front

- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional buildings
