Executive Director, Customer Digital & Data

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for a temporary 10-week opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio encompassing property data and analytics, customer service and operations, and digital and platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive leadership across this portfolio, with a focus on supporting the delivery of trusted services to customers, government agencies, and local councils. This role requires a collaborative and adaptable leader with a customer-focused mindset, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to quickly build relationships and provide strategic leadership. The Executive Director will be expected to lead and empower high-performing teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and maintain momentum across a diverse portfolio.Applicants for the Executive Director position should be experienced executives who can demonstrate sound judgment, the ability to navigate complex issues,



and a proven track record of delivering outcomes in complex environments. Desirable requirements include experience in leading functions across customer service, operations, digital delivery, technology, data and analytics, and business improvement or transformation. The ideal candidate will have a background in a large or complex organization, contribute to executive decision-making, and engage effectively with senior stakeholders. A relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent professional experience is also desirable. The role is suited to individuals who are adept at balancing strategic thinking with operational priorities and who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
