Hours: Business Hours + P1/P2 Incident Availability
Experience: 10+ Years
Certification: CCIE – Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Complex routing & switching escalations
- P1/P2 technical leadership
- RCA and major incident resolution
- Routing & STP stability
- Technical change reviews
- Golden Configuration governance
- L2 mentoring and technical support
- Backfill coverage during resource unavailability
Requirements
- Valid CCIE certification – Mandatory
- 10+ years of networking experience
- Solid enterprise routing & switching expertise
- Proven P1/P2 incident management experience
- Must be based in Brisbane
- Able to provide/participate in backfill coverage
- Immediate requirement – candidates available to start soon are preferred.
