The role

Leads the delivery of PMO and project controls services, ensuring effective governance, performance, and programme outcomes. Provides leadership and technical guidance across the PMO and Planning Centre of Excellence, supporting collaboration, capability development, and best practice implementation across projects, hubs, and international teams.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Lead and implement change management processes to support successful programme delivery and governance.
- Assess time and cost impacts of proposed changes, providing insight to support decision-making.
- Maintain programme baselines and ensure alignment across project controls functions.
- Evaluate broader change implications and their effect on programme objectives and outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate approved changes and resulting impacts.
- Maintain accurate change records, reporting cost, schedule, and performance updates to leadership.

You’ll need to have:

- Extensive PMO and project controls leadership on major construction programmes and consultancy assignments.




- Expertise in controls frameworks, reporting tools, data analytics and intelligent reporting solutions.
- Robust understanding of project lifecycles, risk management and programme governance.
- Chartered professional or relevant degree holder with recognised PMO or programme management accreditation.
