AstraZeneca Australia is seeking an experienced Medical Affairs qualified with oncology expertise to shape scientific strategy in breast cancer, support launch readiness, external engagement and evidence generation for life-changing medicines. This permanent role is based in Macquarie Park, Sydney.

You will work across Medical, Commercial, Market Access and Regulatory teams to ensure medical requirements are fulfilled, develop the Medical Affairs Plan, and contribute to pre-launch and launch
